What an absolute gem of a farm shop and cafe. Swung by for a bite to eat and everything was spot on. Super friendly service, the food was tasty with many ingredients coming from the farm itself, hell even the mayonnaise was next level and all very reasonably priced. I always try to find some things that can be improved on and this was tough....the onion rings could be served with some paper to soak up some of the excess oil, the flat white coffee was good but not great and maybe an all day breakfast option on the menu would be well received. Now onto the shop, great offerings from the farm and surrounding area and the cheese room was superb and I very much enjoyed my cheesy chat with the staff, and picked up some excellent food for an upcoming BBQ. The cookery school looked next level good and I will be sure to check out the other shops on site the next time I visit.

OMG, why have I not found this place before. It's fantastic. The produce is all local, and the meat selection is excellent. The cheese room is just fantastic. The produce is a tad expensive, but the quality makes it worth it. And to top it off, it has an excellent coffee shop that also serves hot meals serving their own produce 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Newlyns is a great example of an artisan farm shop, with a large variety of produce on offer, mostly from local farms. Excellent butchery section with real butchers who offer advice on what meat or cut would best suit your meal, as well as being just very friendly! They also have a small frozen section with some artisan frozen meals. It's not cheap, but the quality is excellent. If you're a fan of the Garlic Farm on the isle of Wight, Newlyns stock some of their products (which is brilliant!). On site they also have a wine store, cookery school and spirits/liqueur shop. I haven't been to the school or spirits shop, but the wine store has a great selection with friendly staff willing to offer guidance to people who know absolutely nothing about wine (me). The on site restaurant serves an excellent quality breakfast, a wide range of hit drinks and a selection of smoothies & cakes. Pricing is on the more expensive side and this is where I feel its let down slightly. I appreciate the produce is quality, but the pricing could be reduced slightly to make the items more affordable and inspire repeat visits. Plenty of parking on site available, but it does get very busy. You can walk here from the popular Basingstoke Canal walk, so in summer months plenty of dogs are seen. They are allowed in the outside seating area of the restaurant, but not inside or in the stores. Lastly, there is also a small play area for kids to keep them entertained whilst you eat.

Beautiful setup. Stunning views. Great walk. Posh environment. Came for sunday lunch but at 2pm our only option was to have a breakfast because they were short staffed. Let down by the food though. Had the full breakfast but they had no vegan/vegetarian options. The fried toast was over drenched. The coffee walnut cake was not soft. Coffee was a complete let down. Please change the chef. We’re not living in 80’s. The staff is amazing though. Love the vibes.

Great farm shop with interesting local produce. A great bit is the Caviste wine shop. Has unusual (and delicious!) wines from all over the world. The staff know their stuff, and can guide you to wines that you will enjoy - just let them know the sort of wine you like and a guide price, and prepare to be delighted.

Popped in for a coffee yesterday morning before going into Farm Shop. Ordered a sausage sandwich, what a let down, one slice of white bread with one sausage, at the princely sum of over £7.00! Grossly overpriced as most of the Breakfast Menu was. Wont be returning.

Great shop although I wouldn't use it for my weekly shopping unless I won the lottery! The restaurant was very busy but people were seated quickly, food arrived hot and within a reasonable time and was delicious. We will definitely come again.

Booked a table for brunch. Excellent service. Good choice of hot & cold drinks plus menu. Fabulous atmosphere. Indoors rustic with open fire. Individual clean toilets. Views across the fields. Outdoor seating too. Lovely on a dry day. Will definitely be back. Visited in summer last year, superb. Thank you.

Nice food in the cafe, but very odd to be told that you can’t order food at the same time as drinks, in case the food comes before the drinks. I questioned this as I was starving, but was told by the man that he had to follow the rules or risk getting the sack. I don’t want my conversation to be interrupted twice to place my order, and the kitchen should be able to manage this like everywhere else.

Wonderful place to visit whilst on a recent break in the area. The shop is well stocked and has great local produce and the restaurant is 5 stars!!

Great coffee shop. Lots of seating inside and out. So refreshing to have such friendly and professional staff. Good coffee. Ample parking.

Nice little farmshop, but their prices are more suitable for middle and high class, if you are on budget it might be not your everyday shop. Altough super friendly staff and plenty of parking

Heard about this place as my son & daughter went for a weekend breakfast. So in the week my wife and I went for a breakfast I had a small all day breakfast. Service from staff very good the place it self was quite cosy. I only had a small gripe about my breakfast was the bacon quite tough and sausage skin also tough or they need to get some sharper knifes. The Farm shop itself seemed to have a good range of goodies.

Large and upmarket farm shop just off A33 on Berkshire / Hampshire border. Good sized gravel car park with no drainage problems. Shop is huge with a large selection of food goods. Large cafe serving a limited of cooked and bakery products. Try not to get a seat near to the patio in winter months as it's cold when it's open. Although our drinks arrived early, we waited a long time for our food. Centre doesn't take cash and nearly all of staff wearing masks as were customers so it was pretty Covid safe. Probably the best farm shop in southern mid Berkshire.

Had lunch. Farm shop was very nice with wonderful views over the fields. Safe were friendly and food was good. A great place for a visit with friends/family. Menu had enough to please most. Has a good outside play area for under 10s Menu states they do not take cash. .worth a visit

That's how a local farm should be! Great range of fruits and vegetables, jams, bread, chutneys, eggs and everything in between. What I really liked was the produce labels showing their provenance: local strawberries, tomatoes or potatoes, Spanish peaches, Dutch bell peppers - at least you know what you're getting yourself into. Spacious inside, small convenient trolleys for your shopping, cute little signs all over the place, plenty of parking outside. Really impressed and will definitely come again when visiting the island next. Stellar job team, keep up the amazing work!

It has a nice assortment of fruit and veg and meat. I love the pies, a firm favourite. I wish they sold sawdust in bulk or maybe had a bigger meat range but other thrn that great place to go.

We visited on 18 Aug to see the sunflower fields with the grandchildren. It is worth a visit to see these as there are large displays. It is £5 per adult and children are free. With the £5 you get to pick 6 sunflowers per adult. Obviously it is best to visit on a sunny day. Our day was mixed weather but we did have some sunshine. If it has been raining you do need wellies as it can get very muddy under foot. They also have a farm shop which is in a different location selling various produce. We actually bought eggs at the sunflower field and they were delicious 😋 - definately worth a purchase. You would not need more than an hour at the fields and then you can spend the rest of your day at the beach.

Really nice local farm shop that is a very good size that also sells items that you wouldn't expect in a farm shop. Most of the produce in there is from locally sourced people and companies. The car park is a good size. When we visited on the 8th of April 2023 there was also a food/coffee van that unfortunately I didn't get a chance to check out. Me and my partner have visited this shop multiple times and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, we will definitely continue to visit this farm shop.

Surprisingly large stock. Many local products and fresh fish stall outside. Well worth a visit.
- Graham Archard Graham Archard

I'm very disappointed after a visit here, the shop had a fairly good choice of produce however after a recent visit I have looked in my purse and realised they gave me a foreign coin in my change in place of a £2 coin. I only had a £10 note in my purse, I bought a cheese straw for £1.50 and I apologised I didn't have anything smaller. I have now looked at the £8.50 change as I was going to give it to my daughter for her school Christmas market. I accept I should have checked what the woman gave me however I was asking her a question about their local products and I didn't pay proper attention but they must have accepted it in the first place from a customer. A shop should be checking all money handed in exchange for goods.
- Amy Harvey Amy Harvey

The quality in this little, unassuming farm shop is truly stunning!! Take a break and cruise the aisles… there’s even a coffee van in the car park next to fields of horses! Lovely.
- Nick Vine Nick Vine

A well stocked and vibrant farm shop with plenty of fresh produce. Also lots of tinned and jarred staples along with fresh and frozen meats. Plenty of choice and a good fill your own section. Bit chaotic at the tills when more than a couple a people trying to pay. Potted and fresh flowers too as well as pets foods. An eclectic mix, a bit pricey and a bit cramped in places but overall worth seeking out.
- Neil J Neil J

Fabulous choice of local and fresh produce. Always well staffed so even at the busiest times you don't have to wait long to be served. The staff are friendly and polite. If going on a weekend, get there early for fresh items like bread and milk. It's not a cheap place to shop, but the quality speaks for itself. Easy parking.

Fantastic choice of produce, Including a fishmonger in the car park. Love the artisan bread. We'll be back soon.
- Graeme Searle Graeme Searle

Good farm shop and staff lovely however, bread runs very low if you can only get there in the afternoon. Also was very disappointed to have picked up a couple of cartons of eggs to find they are from caged hens once I got back home. My fault as should have checked. I feel farm shops should be all about quality and welfare so they shouldn’t be on the shelves at all and I didn’t think to check as I wasn’t in a standard supermarket. Must do better there please!

If you’re rolling in the money, then pick up this broccoli for £4.66! Sausages were amazing so won’t put two stars, but barns eggs for £3.15 with free range/organic labelling? Really? Ps: steamed the broccoli and hoping for a whole winter of immunity - despite lack of taste. Even the cashier felt embarrassed

Collected our 6.5kg turkey this Christmas, and had the usual wonderful friendly welcome from Sam and Fred, despite them being so busy. The turkey was for all of the the most amazing bird we have ever cooked. The juices that poured out of the meat as I carved it and the fantastic flavour were just wonderful. our guests from all over England were bowled over by it - brilliant! The chipolatas that went with it had a great flavour also. Well done Stansted Farm shop and all the best for 2016.

Thanks you Standard Park Farm Shop, we can not recommend you all enough.

Great range of products the cafe is good too. I keep missing the meat counter but always looks tasty. Some products are not as cheap as you might hope but it's a nice range of goods which are always available but you wouldn't find them in the supermarket. A little strange for the farm shop to have a cafe which competes against to other cafes on site...
